The KR-204D combined environmental mechanical tester integrates a precision servo tensile frame and mobile PID temperature cabinet as one complete unit, dedicated to measuring tensile, compression, bending, tear and peel properties of polymers, composite films, leather and metal specimens under simulated extreme hot/cold working environments. The detachable temperature chamber slides horizontally via slide rails, enabling fast switching between room-temperature mechanical testing and constant high/low temperature aging tensile tests without extra equipment investment.
This all-in-one test system complies with ISO 527, ASTM D638, GB/T 16491 and a full set of global material testing specifications. It is widely deployed in automotive material R&D labs, new energy component factories, wire & cable manufacturers, polymer modification plants and third-party accredited testing institutions for low-temperature brittleness, high-temperature creep and thermal aging mechanical performance verification.

    PC-side bilingual test platform supports pre-storing standard test programs for rubber, plastic, metal and film materials. Real-time multi-channel curves (force-displacement, force-time, stress-strain) display synchronously during testing; the system automatically calculates tensile strength, breaking elongation, elastic modulus, peel force and bending modulus. Test data can be zoomed, overlaid, compared and exported to Excel or printed as standardized A4 inspection reports.
  5. Complete Universal Fixture Compatibility
    Comes with a full set of standard tensile clamps as standard delivery, and can be expanded with optional attachments: 90°/180° peel jigs, 3/4-point bending fixtures, tear clamps, wire harness tension holders and large-deformation extensometers for ultra-high elongation rubber samples. Standard Complete Test Operating Flow

  1. Equipment Connection & Parameter Preset
    Connect the tensile host, temperature cabinet and control computer, launch dedicated test software; set target constant temperature, heat preservation time and tensile test parameters according material test standards.
  2. Chamber Pre-Temperature Stabilization
    Close the cabinet door and start heating/cooling circulation, wait until internal cavity temperature stabilizes to preset value before placing test samples.
  3. Specimen Clamping & Thermal Soaking
    Slide out the temperature cabinet, fix specimen between upper and lower tensile clamps, push the cabinet back into position, keep constant temperature soaking for specified time to simulate real service environment.
  4. Automatic Tensile/Bending Test
    Click start button; the servo crosshead moves at preset speed to finish tensile, bending or peel test, synchronously collecting real-time force, displacement and time data.
  5. Data Analysis & Curve Export
    After specimen fracture/test completion, the system auto-calculates all mechanical indicators; users can overlay multiple groups of test curves for contrast analysis and export full data reports.
  6. Equipment Post-Processing
    Stop temperature control program, wait for cavity temperature to return to room temperature before sliding out the cabinet to take out samples, clean fixture surfaces and cut off total power supply.
