The KR-118 automatic centrifugal rubber trimming machine adopts high-speed centrifugal collision principle to remove mold flash of molded rubber & silicone components in one automatic cycle. During operation, rubber products spin rapidly inside the stainless working chamber, repeatedly colliding against each other to separate thin flash edges from intact workpieces.

This automated spin trim equipment completely replaces slow, inconsistent manual flash trimming, expensive cryogenic nitrogen deflashing and punching trimming processes. It brings massive labor cost savings, stable product surface quality and remarkable production capacity growth for rubber molding factories. It is widely deployed for mass deflashing of O-rings, gaskets, silicone plugs and small special-shaped elastomer parts in automotive, electronics, medical and consumer goods manufacturing plants.

A single machine delivers output equivalent to 10–15 skilled manual trimming workers. Small-sized rubber seals can reach up to 80,000 pieces per hour. 5.Safe Full-Protection Structural Layout

Emergency stop buttons are installed on both sides of the machine body for instant power cut under abnormal conditions. The fully enclosed stainless processing tank prevents flying rubber fragments during high-speed rotation, complying with industrial safety operation standards.
