Independent Upper & Lower Double Heating Plates
Dual-layer heating plates adopt intelligent PID constant temperature regulation, with temperature deviation controlled within ±2℃ across the whole plate surface. Operators set separate heating values for top and bottom plates according to silicone curing requirements, preventing uneven vulcanization and over-curing on thin/thick product areas.

Standard Automated Production Process
- Mold Preparation: Install custom silicone mold on the automatic sliding table and lock the positioning fixtures.
- Parameter Setting: On the touch panel, set target temperature, vacuum cycles, curing time and clamping tonnage based on silicone material characteristics.
- Raw Material Loading: Place weighed solid silicone or dispense liquid color glue into mold cavities via the matching dispensing machine.
- Automatic Vacuum & Compression: The sliding table feeds the mold into the heating zone; the machine initiates vacuum exhaust then locks the mold with preset pressure for timed vulcanization.
- Auto Mold Opening & Unloading: Once the curing countdown finishes, the hydraulic system automatically opens the mold and slides the worktable outward for easy finished part removal.
- Rapid Cooling Treatment: Transfer hot silicone blanks to the matched cooling bench to accelerate shaping before trimming and packaging.
