The KR-110 bench-top open two-roll mixer is compact lab-scale kneeling equipment dedicated to polymer formula development, color matching and small-batch sample preparation. Equipped with dual independently controllable heating & water cooling roller barrels, it adopts differential speed twin roller structure to generate strong shear force, fully blending rubber, plastic pellets, color masterbatch and all kinds of filler additives into uniform, bubble-free compound sheets.

All core transmission and temperature control components adopt internationally renowned brand parts. The unit supports manual handwheel roller gap adjustment, dual frequency conversion speed regulation and multi-point emergency stop safety protection. 7 sets of collision emergency stop devices distributed around the machine frame, with instant roller reverse function triggered once the safety baffle is touched.
