This machine is used to test the compression heat generation and fatigue of vulcanized rubber with a hardness of less than 85 IRHD. It’s utilized for flexural testing (Heat Generation test) and fatigue testing in tensile, compression and shear modes to determine the heat generation on the surface and inside of the sample.
The machine applies a certain compression load to the specimen through an inert lever system, and a periodic high-frequency compression with a specified amplitude to the specimen through a transmission system to determine the compression fatigue temperature rise and fatigue life of the specimen in a certain period of time at room temperature or higher than room temperature.
By applying a specified compression load to the specimen and compressing the specimen periodically with a certain amplitude and frequency, the compression fatigue temperature rise, static compression deformation rate, dynamic compression deformation rate, permanent deformation, and fatigue life of the specimen within a certain period of time are measured.

Servo Closed-Loop Loading & Precise Force Control
Equipped high-precision load cell paired with servo drive system, realizing automatic stepless pre-stress loading at 1.00MPa or 2.00MPa with control tolerance within ±0.03MPa / ±0.06MPa. Unlike traditional counterweight balance structures, electronic load adjustment delivers faster setup and consistent long-term pressure output without drift.
Independent Constant-Temperature Test Chamber
Insulated multi-layer heating cavity design delivers stable ambient temperature ranging from room temperature +10℃ up to 120℃, with temperature fluctuation strictly limited to ±1℃. Rapid heat recovery after door opening minimizes test environment interference, supporting high-temperature aging flex test conditions as required by global standards.
Multi-Channel Synchronous Temperature Acquisition
Two groups of high-sensitivity temperature probes independently monitor surface temperature and core internal temperature of the specimen, measuring thermal buildup caused by rubber hysteresis loss under dynamic cycling. Data is captured at millisecond intervals to draw complete real-time temperature change curves throughout the full test cycle.
Adjustable Compression Stroke & Frequency
Flexible parameter configuration covers oscillation frequency from 10Hz to 30Hz and compression stroke between 1.00–8.00mm, with three standard fixed strokes (4.45mm / 5.71mm / 6.35mm preset for standard compliance). The low-vibration crank transmission structure ensures stable, quiet high-speed reciprocation with frequency deviation controlled under ±0.2Hz.
Windows Intelligent Data Acquisition Software
Dedicated bilingual (Chinese/English test software operates under Windows systems, featuring visualized real-time curves for temperature, deformation and cycle counts. The system auto-saves full test records, supports one-click report generation with customizable report templates, and retains all historical test data for traceability and comparative analysis.
Complete Safety Protection System
Front mechanical safety interlock, emergency stop button and over-temperature auto-cutoff function. The enclosed test chamber prevents accidental contact with moving compression components during high-frequency operation, fully meeting laboratory equipment safety specifications.
