Standard Operating Procedure

1. Pre-Cleaning: Wipe roller surfaces and stainless receiving tray to remove residual silicone from previous batches.
2. Gap Setting: Rotate dual handwheels to adjust target silicone sheet thickness according test requirements.
3. Raw Material Feeding: Weigh silicone base, color masterbatch and curing agent, feed slowly into roller nip.
4. Circulating Mixing: Repeatedly fold and feed silicone strips back between rollers to achieve uniform pigment dispersion.
5. Sample Sheeting: After full homogenization, pull continuous flat silicone sheet for cutting standard test specimens.
6. Shutdown Maintenance: Cut off power, clean rollers and tray completely to prevent pigment residue accumulation.
