The KR-220 servo-driven plug-pull force testing station is a fully computerized precision test rig dedicated to evaluating mechanical performance of all wiring terminals, charging plugs, industrial connectors and data interfaces. It utilizes closed-loop servo motion control paired with high-precision load cell to capture real-time insertion resistance, withdrawal tension and cyclic fatigue attenuation data during repeated plugging cycles.
Equipped an automatic centering fixture platform and full set of interchangeable clamping jigs, the unit eliminates unilateral force offset that distorts test results. Supporting synchronous dynamic impedance monitoring as an optional upgrade, it delivers complete mechanical + electrical performance reports for connector R&D, incoming QC and factory batch validation.
