The KR-109G servo precision flat hot press vulcanizer is a dedicated lab molding unit developed for polymer research, material quality inspection and small-batch trial manufacturing. It delivers high-accuracy thermal compression forming for rubber, silicone, all kinds of plastic pellets, composite materials, medical elastomers and electronic encapsulation materials.
Equipped with full closed-loop servo hydraulic drive and Delta PLC touchscreen intelligent control system, the machine realizes ultra-stable pressure output with a control precision of 0.01MPa. Independent dual heating platens support separate temperature adjustment on upper and lower plates, with automatic pressurization, air exhaust, pressure holding and mold opening cycles fully programmable. It is widely deployed in university labs, material R&D centers, third-party testing institutions and polymer manufacturing workshops for tensile sample making, compression molding, aging test specimen preparation and formulation screening.

The two-hand synchronous start function avoids misoperation risks during plate closing. All moving parts are covered with thick metal sheets to block high-temperature debris, meeting international laboratory safety standards.

Energy-efficient servo hydraulic design only activates the motor during cylinder lifting and pressing; the motor stays low-speed or standby during pressure holding without continuous oil overflow. This design cuts power consumption significantly, reduces hydraulic oil temperature and extends the service life of seals and pump components, achieving stable low-noise running.

Supports interchangeable hot plate sizes from 200×200mm up to 500×500mm, with customizable maximum heating temperature up to 500℃ (standard range: ambient ~250℃). The cylinder stroke can be extended to accommodate deep molds, and optional auxiliary mold frames are available for special-shaped sample forming, fully matching diverse experimental and small production demands.

Heating Platens

Fabricated from imported high-temperature resistant alloy steel, processed via deep carbonization quenching and hard chrome plating. Surface hardness reaches 50–60 HRC, flatness ≤0.03mm and parallelism between upper/lower plates controlled within 0.16mm. Built-in dense heating tubes realize rapid uniform heating with tiny temperature difference across the plate surface, no local overheating or incomplete curing issues.

Four-column Guiding Mechanism

Four precision hardening guide posts paired with self-lubricating bronze shaft sleeves guarantee smooth, jitter-free vertical movement of the upper heating plate. The whole machine frame adopts thick welded steel plate for outstanding structural rigidity, no deformation under long-term high-pressure operation. Standard Operation Workflow

  1. Level Calibration: Adjust machine foot pads with horizontal ruler to keep the whole unit horizontal before first use or relocation.
  2. Power Activation: Switch on the main power supply of the control cabinet.
  3. Temperature Setup: Set independent target temperatures for upper and lower heating platens via touchscreen.
  4. Sample Loading: Wait until temperature stabilizes to the preset value, open the safety door, place isolation steel sheet and raw material inside the mold cavity.
  5. Automatic Molding Start: Tap the start button; servo hydraulic cylinder lifts the lower plate to close the mold and execute preheat, exhaust, constant pressure holding cycles automatically. Do not modify hydraulic pressure or speed parameters without professional guidance.
  6. Auto Reset: Once the preset vulcanization time elapses, the cylinder retracts to open the mold automatically.
  7. Sample Unloading: Take out hot-pressed test pieces, finish one forming cycle.
