Max working temperature reaches 300℃ with temperature uniformity controlled within 1℃ across the entire plate surface. High-hardness quenched steel platens feature ultra-flat finishing (parallelism ≤0.1mm) to prevent uneven thickness of molded samples. Standard Automated Operating Sequence

1. Mold & Sample Loading

   Place metal mold filled with weighed rubber/silicone/plastic pellets onto the lower heating platen, close the safety observation door.

2. Parameter Programming

   Set target curing temperature, holding pressure, vulcanization duration and auto exhaust cycles via touchscreen, activate preheating to stabilize platen temperature.

3. Automatic Low-Pressure Mold Closing

   Hydraulic cylinder drives upper platen down at low speed to fit the mold, then switches to high-pressure clamping as preset.

4. Timed Curing with Periodic Exhaust

   Machine holds constant pressure for set vulcanization time, automatically lifting the platen slightly at programmed intervals to vent trapped air.

5. Auto Mold Opening & Sample Unloading

   After curing countdown completes, the cylinder retracts to fully open the platens; take out finished molded sheets or small parts for cooling.

6. Daily Maintenance

   Wipe residual polymer from platens, inspect hydraulic oil level and heating tube status before shutting down power.
