Under precisely staged high-temperature thermal treatment, the organic polymer matrix is fully decomposed and volatilized in nitrogen environment, then oxygen is introduced to burn off carbon black residues, and the machine calculates the exact carbon black percentage through mass difference comparison before and after pyrolysis.

- Specimen Weighing & Loading
Cut plastic/rubber sample into tiny fragments, record initial mass via high-precision analytical balance, place samples into quartz boats and push boats into central constant temperature heating zone of quartz tube.
- Multi-Segment Test Program Setup
Edit staged temperature curve on touch screen according to material standard requirements, set nitrogen protection flow rate and oxygen ashing flow value, save custom test recipe for repeated batch detection.
- Automatic Nitrogen Pyrolysis Stage
Start one-click test program; nitrogen fills the quartz tube to isolate oxygen, furnace heats up to set pyrolysis temperature to fully decompose polymer organic matrix, only carbon black and inorganic ash remain in sample boats.
- Oxygen Ashing & Data Recording
The system automatically switches gas circuit to oxygen atmosphere, rises to high calcination temperature to completely burn off carbon black residue; after cooling down, weigh residual ash mass to calculate carbon black content difference value.
- Post-Test Cleaning & Equipment Shutdown
Pull out quartz tube and take out quartz boats to clear ash residues, close nitrogen and oxygen valves, cut main power supply after furnace body fully cools down to room temperature.
