   5.Multi-Point Full Safety Interlock System

   Collision trigger emergency stops are arranged around the whole machine frame, paired with top red emergency stop button. Touching safety barriers will instantly halt rollers and trigger slight reverse movement to avoid pinch risks; all transmission moving parts are fully covered by protective housings to meet global lab safety specifications.

   6.Automatic Centralized Lubrication & Stable Transmission

   Hardened worm gear reducer outputs high torque with low vibration and noise. Built-in auto oil supply pump continuously lubricates bearings and gear assemblies during operation, cutting manual maintenance frequency and extending service life of core drive components. Standard Complete Operation Flow

1. Preheat & Parameter Setup
   Switch on power and heating circuits, set target front/rear roller temperature on the control panel, wait until readings stabilize before feeding raw materials.
2. Raw Material Mastication
   Accurately weigh base rubber/plastic and matching additives, slowly feed materials into roller nip. Repeat folding and thin-passing cycles to soften substrates and disperse filler clusters.
3. Roller Gap Calibration
   Adjust dual-side handwheels to lock target sheet thickness, repeatedly fold and re-feed mixed stock to eliminate color unevenness and particle agglomeration.
4. Continuous Specimen Sheeting
   After full homogenization, pull smooth uniform compound sheets from roller clearance, then cut into standard blanks for tensile, aging, hardness and abrasion tests.
5. Shutdown Maintenance
   Turn off heating function first, keep rollers rotating until surface temperature drops to room temperature before power-off. Wipe roller surfaces clean and check lubricant tank liquid level for next use.
