Install target energy pendulum arm according material brittleness; lock swing arm to 150° pre-locking position via electromagnetic suction chuck.
Fix V-notched standard test bar horizontally on the support fixture, ensure notch faces away from pendulum impact direction, align specimen center precisely with impact blade trajectory.
Tap test start button; electromagnetic chuck releases pendulum for free fall strike. The sensor instantly captures post-fracture swing angle signal.
System auto-subtracts friction loss value, computes absorbed energy and impact strength value; trigger print function to generate standardized test report slip.
Remove broken specimen fragments and load new samples for parallel batch testing; after all tests finish, lower pendulum to rest position, cut power and clean fragment storage cabinet.
