The KR-129 lever-operated mini vertical injection molding unit is a lightweight bench-top forming device specially developed for lab sample preparation, prototype verification and small-batch customized plastic pieces. It adopts long labor-saving manual pressure lever structure to generate stable injection pressure, eliminating air compressors and large hydraulic power units, requiring only single-phase mains supply to finish plastic melting and molding work.
This compact bench model supports almost all mainstream thermoplastic pellets, compatible with aluminum, steel, copper small molds. Standard Full Molding Operation Process

  1. Equipment Preheating & Parameter Setting
    Plug in power supply, set matching heating temperature on digital panel according plastic material characteristics, wait 15–25 minutes for the melting barrel to reach constant stable temperature.
  2. Mold Clamping & Fixing
    Place custom small mold into the bench vise, rotate adjusting handle to lock the mold tightly without displacement during injection.
  3. Raw Material Feeding
    Pour fully dried plastic pellets into top feeding hopper, wait sufficient plasticizing time for uniform molten state inside heating cavity.
  4. Manual Lever Injection
    Press down the long pressure lever steadily to push molten plastic into closed mold cavity, hold lever to maintain filling pressure for preset duration to avoid product shrinkage defects.
  5. Cooling & Demolding
    Release the lever and wait for complete mold cooling, loosen bench vise to take out finished prototypes or standard mechanical test strips for appearance inspection.
  6. Post-Test Cleaning & Shutdown
    When switching different plastic materials, disassemble melting barrel to clear residual melt; cut power after daily work and let heating core cool naturally before storage.
