The KR-708 multi-channel hydrostatic burst test bench is a comprehensive fluid pressure testing platform specially developed for rubber & plastic hose assemblies. It simulates long-term fluid pressure load and high-temperature service conditions of pipeline components, carrying out constant pressure holding, pressure rise to burst, medium-temperature aging leakage testing in one machine. It accurately records burst critical pressure, constant pressure leakage status and medium temperature influence data, which is the core quality control equipment for automotive pipeline factories and hydraulic component manufacturers.
This testing system fully complies with GB/T 5568, GB 7939, ISO 6802, ISO 6803 domestic and international hose inspection standards. Standard Complete Test Operation Flow

  1. Equipment Pre-Inspection & Parameter Setting
    Connect medium circulation pipeline and high-pressure test pipeline, power on the dual control system; set target pressure, constant pressure holding duration and medium temperature on touch screen or computer, start preheating circulation to stabilize medium temperature.
  2. Hose Sample Clamping & Sealing Installation
    Install the two ends of the hose sample on the standard quick-connect high-pressure fixture, lock the sealing joint to eliminate medium leakage at the interface during pressurization, close the safety isolation baffle of the test station.
  3. Medium Filling & Air Exhaust
    Start the circulation pump to fill the hose inner cavity with test medium, fully exhaust internal residual air to prevent air compression from interfering with pressure test accuracy, close the exhaust valve after completion.
  4. Automatic Pressurization / Constant Pressure / Burst Test
    Select test program: constant pressure aging test or linear pressurization burst test. The system automatically boosts pressure, supplements pressure in real time to maintain set value, and continuously records full-process pressure-temperature curve data.
  5. Automatic Data Capture After Sample Rupture
    When the hose bursts or the set holding time ends, the system automatically cuts off high-pressure medium, records the critical burst pressure or leakage pressure value, stores all curve data synchronously.
  6. Data Export & Equipment Cleaning
    Call test records on the computer end to generate and print inspection reports; drain residual medium inside the hose fixture and circulation pipeline after testing, clean the test station and cut off power supply.
