The KR-705 integrated thermal performance tester is a dual-function lab instrument dedicated to measuring Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT under bending load) and Vicat Softening Temperature (VST) of thermoplastics, hard rubber, composite and insulating polymer materials… It heats specimens in a constant-temperature circulating medium bath under standardized static load, recording the critical temperature when specified deformation or needle penetration depth occurs, which acts as core index to evaluate material heat resistance and high-temperature dimensional stability for product formulation and production process optimization.
This test bench fully complies with global mainstream inspection standards including GB/T 1633, GB/T 1634, ISO 75, ISO 306, ASTM D648, ASTM D1525. Standard Complete Test Workflow

  1. Equipment Preheating & Program Setup
    Inject qualified heat transfer oil into the bath tank, power on and start stirring circulation; select HDT or Vicat test program on touch panel, set target heating speed and deformation threshold value.
  2. Specimen Clamping & Load Assembly
    Cut raw material into standard size test strips, mount on corresponding support span; install Vicat needle or HDT pressing beam, hang matched calibrated weights to apply standard static load, reset displacement sensor zero point.
  3. Immersion & Automatic Heating Test
    Lower the test rack fully into the circulating oil bath, start automatic heating program. The system continuously tracks temperature and deformation data in real time.
