Powered by a fully programmable Delta PLC touch control system, it delivers precise heat and pressure to cure rubber, silicone, foam polymers and thermoset plastic samples. The unit automates clamping, air venting, constant-pressure holding and timed mold opening to eliminate human error, producing flat, bubble-free test sheets for tensile, hardness, aging and flame retardant performance analysis.
This vertical cabinet-style vulcanizer integrates independent hydraulic drive and electric heating modules, fully adaptable to custom mold sizes. Standard Automatic Vulcanization Workflow

  1. Equipment Preheating & Program Setup
    Power on the touch control system, input target temperature, clamping pressure, exhaust frequency and vulcanization holding time according material technical requirements. Allow heating platens to stabilize to set temperature for 10–20 minutes.
  2. Mold & Raw Material Placement
    Open the safety cabinet door, place forming mold loaded with pre-mixed rubber/plastic compound onto the lower heating plate, fully close the transparent safety enclosure to activate interlock protection.
  3. One-Click Auto Molding Cycle
    Tap the start button on the touch panel; the machine automatically completes low-pressure mold clamping, programmable air exhaust cycles, high-pressure constant holding and timed decompression in sequence.
  4. Automatic Mold Opening & Sample Extraction
    Once the preset vulcanization timer elapses, the system triggers audible alert and drives the platen downward to open the mold automatically. Open the safety door and take out fully cured flat specimens.
  5. Continuous Batch Production
    Replace new raw material inside the mold and repeat the automatic cycle for parallel test sample batches.
  6. Post-Test Maintenance
    Cool heating platens below 80℃, wipe residual glue and release agent off platen surfaces, cut off air supply and main power supply after daily testing.
