Standard Complete Molding Operation Workflow

  1. Equipment Preheating & Parameter Setup
    Connect air compressor pipeline to the machine, turn on power and set barrel temperature matching the plastic raw material on dual temperature controllers; wait 15–30 minutes for the heating zone to reach stable preset temperature.
  2. Mold Installation & Fixing
    Mount custom aluminum/steel mold inside the mold cavity, lock positioning bolts tightly to prevent mold shifting during high-pressure injection, close the safety protective door completely.
  3. Raw Material Feeding
    Add dried plastic granules into the top feeding hopper, wait for full plasticizing and uniform melting inside the heating cylinder according to material melting characteristics.
  4. Pneumatic Injection Molding
    Adjust injection duration according to product wall thickness, press the injection button; air-driven plunger pushes molten plastic into the mold cavity under stable pressure for filling and forming.
  5. Cooling & Demolding
    Hold pressure for set cooling time, release the mold and take out finished plastic prototype or standard test specimen, inspect surface forming quality and shrinkage condition.
  6. Material Switch & Daily Shutdown
    When changing resin types, remove the detachable heating cavity to fully clean residual plastic; cut off heating power and air supply after daily work, cool down the machine naturally before storage.
