Standard Complete Mixing Operation Flow

1. Equipment Preheating & Parameter Setup
   Power on dual temperature control panels, set matching heating temperature according to plastic/rubber material characteristics, wait for rollers to reach stable constant temperature for 15–20 minutes. Check automatic oil lubrication pump working status before feeding raw materials.
2. Roller Gap Calibration
   Rotate left and right handwheels to adjust clearance to target thickness required for the test sheet, read scale value to record fixed gap parameter for batch repeatability.
3. Raw Material Feeding & Circulating Mixing
   Add pre-mixed polymer pellets, color powder and functional additives into the roller nip. The differential rotating rollers pull materials in for continuous shearing, repeatedly folding and re-feeding to guarantee uniform distribution of fillers.
4. Sheet Cutting & Sampling
   After sufficient mixing time, use auxiliary scraper to peel complete uniform sheet from roller surface, cut standard size test strips for impact, tensile or heat resistance testing.
5. Equipment Emergency Stop (If Needed)
   In case of material jamming or abnormal operation, press the red emergency stop button to cut all drive power instantly to eliminate safety risks.
6. Post-Test Cleaning & Shutdown
   Cool rollers down below 80℃, wipe residual material off mirror roller surface with cleaning scraper and cloth; cut heating and main power supply after daily testing to extend roller service life.
