Standard Automatic Vulcanization Workflow
- Equipment Preheating & Program Setup

- Mold & Raw Material Placement
Open the safety cabinet door, place forming mold loaded with pre-mixed rubber/plastic compound onto the lower heating plate, fully close the transparent safety enclosure to activate interlock protection.
- One-Click Auto Molding Cycle
Tap the start button on the touch panel; the machine automatically completes low-pressure mold clamping, programmable air exhaust cycles, high-pressure constant holding and timed decompression in sequence.
