Standard Operation Workflow

Level Calibration: Adjust machine foot pads with horizontal ruler to keep the whole unit horizontal before first use or relocation.
Power Activation: Switch on the main power supply of the control cabinet.
Temperature Setup: Set independent target temperatures for upper and lower heating platens via touchscreen.
Sample Loading: Wait until temperature stabilizes to the preset value, open the safety door, place isolation steel sheet and raw material inside the mold cavity.
Automatic Molding Start: Tap the start button; servo hydraulic cylinder lifts the lower plate to close the mold and execute preheat, exhaust, constant pressure holding cycles automatically. Do not modify hydraulic pressure or speed parameters without professional guidance.
