Equipped an integrated circulating reflux channel, the unit precisely controls material residence time inside the barrel to simulate full industrial compounding shear conditions, delivering test data that can be directly scaled up to large twin-screw production lines. It comes with fully modular expansion interfaces, compatible with optional melt spinning, micro cast film and injection molding auxiliary units, forming one-stop lab processing workflows. Standard Complete Test Operation Workflow

  1. Equipment Preheating & Inspection
    Power on the touch control system, set multi-zone barrel temperature according to polymer melting point, wait for temperature stabilization. Open the barrel to check screw cleanliness, confirm no residual material from previous experiments.
  2. Raw Material Feeding & Circulation Setting
    Weigh the required gram-level sample and pour into the top feeding hopper, close the barrel locking mechanism. On the touch panel, set screw speed, torque limit and circulation kneading duration, select constant speed or constant torque test mode.
  3. Internal Circulation Kneading Process
    Start the drive system; the conical screws convey materials into the reflux channel for cyclic shearing mixing. The host records real-time torque and temperature data automatically, simulating industrial twin-screw compound shear environment.
  4. Continuous Extrusion Molding (Optional)
    After reaching preset mixing time, close the circulation channel, switch to continuous extrusion mode. Connect matched auxiliary unit (spinning winding / film casting) to complete fiber, thin film or strip specimen forming.
  5. Data Storage & Curve Export
    After finishing testing, stop the screw drive, save the full-process rheology curve and parameter records to local storage, export data via USB for formula comparative analysis and technical report compilation.
  6. Barrel Cleaning & Equipment Shutdown
    Cool the barrel to below 80℃, fully open the barrel body to clean screws and inner wall, close heating and power supply after complete cleaning and cooling.
