This tester is designed according to GB, BS, and ASTM standards. It can test 12 specimens at the same time and can be used for intermittent (observed once every 1000 times) or continuous testing. It is suitable for testing the flexing resistance of shoe soles, leather, synthetic leather, rubber, plastic, and thermoplastic elastomer.


The KR-607 Ross flex fatigue tester is a professional lab instrument built to global footwear and elastomer testing standards. It simulates long-term repeated bending stress that shoe soles, leather and rubber goods endure during daily use, quantifying material anti-crack and cut-growth performance through continuous 90° reciprocating flex cycles.
This machine supports simultaneous loading of up to 12 test strips, enabling batch comparative testing for raw material incoming inspection, new formula R&D and finished product durability verification. Two control configurations – touchscreen digital version and physical button version – are offered to match different lab operation preferences.

Flex frequency ranges from 0–100 cycles per minute with stepless speed regulation via precision rotary knob. Users preset target test counts on the panel; the unit automatically halts once cycles reach the set value, eliminating manual timing supervision for long-duration fatigue tests.
Anti-Corrosion All-Metal Clamping Assembly
All fixture frames, pressing wheels and guide components are manufactured from aviation aluminum and stainless steel with anti-rust treatment. Upper-lower dual pressing wheel design locks specimens firmly without slipping during thousands of flex cycles, guaranteeing consistent bending angle at every stroke (90°±2°).
Low-Vibration Precision Drive System
Adopted high-torque silent servo motor matched with optimized crank linkage transmission. The whole machine runs smoothly with minimal noise even under full 12-piece load. Four height-adjustable rubber foot pads balance the equipment on uneven countertops and absorb operating vibration.
Robust Baked Paint Cabinet
Thick cold-rolled steel cabinet with high-temperature electrostatic baking finish, scratch and chemical resistant. Compact overall layout occupies limited lab bench space while simplifying daily surface cleaning and maintenance.
