The KR-709 automatic V-notch milling machine is dedicated pre-processing equipment for Charpy & Izod pendulum impact testing. It precisely machines standardized V-shaped stress notches on plastic, rubber and composite test strips, eliminating dimensional deviation caused by manual cutting. Uniform notch angle and root radius guarantee consistent stress concentration during impact tests, avoiding invalid data fluctuation and ensuring high repeatability of toughness detection results.
This equipment fully complies with ISO 179, ISO 180, GB/T 1043, GB/T 1843 global impact test standards, and supports three interchangeable standard cutter heads (Type A/B/C) to match different material inspection specifications.
