Standard Ra0.4 Precision Capillary Die Kit
Comes with two sets of Φ3.8mm standard extrusion dies with ultra-smooth inner surface finish. The die roughness strictly complies with industry test norms, avoiding grease adhesion and blockage during extrusion to guarantee stable and repeatable flow rate test results between parallel samples. Integrated Safe Human-Machine Operation Layout
The stand-alone test host adopts rigid thick steel frame structure with maximum 250mm piston travel, equipped emergency stop button and running status indicator lights. The temperature circulation cabinet is independently separated to avoid heat interference to the testing mainframe; all operating buttons are centralized on the front panel with clear marking, lowering the operation threshold for factory QC inspectors.
