Horizontal air cylinder quick discharge outlet realizes fully automatic material unloading without manual shoveling; transparent visual observation window allows real-time monitoring of mixing status without stopping the unit.

   4.Imported Sealing & Bearing Configuration

   All rotating shaft positions adopt PTFE composite sealing rings and anti-dust bearings imported from Europe, effectively blocking fine powder penetration into transmission components.    5.Central PLC Safety Interlock Control Cabinet

Standard Complete Mixing Operation Flow

1. Pre-Operation Inspection

   Check cooling water pipeline connectivity, seal cover tightness and control cabinet circuit; clean residual powder inside mixing barrel to avoid batch cross-color pollution.

2. Raw Material Feeding

   Open pneumatic cover, sequentially add PVC base resin, stabilizer, lubricant, pigment and inorganic fillers according to formulation ratio, then lock the sealed lid automatically.

3. High-Speed Hot Mixing Stage

   Start main motor, high-speed paddles generate friction heat to disperse all additives evenly. PLC monitors real-time material temperature; automatically trigger transfer once preset mixing temperature and time are reached.

4. Circulation Cooling Stabilization

   Hot material flows into the cold mixing barrel, spiral water channels rapidly lower powder temperature to safe storage temperature, removing residual low-molecular volatiles to prevent material agglomeration.

5. Automatic Discharging

   Activate pneumatic discharge cylinder, fully empty cooled homogeneous powder into transfer hoppers for downstream extrusion, granulation or tableting procedures.

6. Post-Batch Cleaning

   Wash barrel inner wall, paddles and discharge outlet with compressed air; replace sealing strips regularly for long-term stable operation.
