This rheometer is a computer-controlled intelligent constant pressure capillary rheometer, through the computer to determine the role of various pressures of various specifications of the capillary tube at different heating rates, and different temperatures when the extrusion speed.
Due to the specificity of the specimen, the machine is heated by a water bath, and equipped with an explosion-proof design, man-machine operation is separated to increase the safety of the testers.
The machine is controlled by a computer to record the extrusion speed, pressure and heating temperature, automatically processed into the viscosity number, and draw curves and print the complete report form.

The KR-722E explosion-proof capillary rheometer is a dedicated computer-controlled flow testing instrument specially developed for flammable, volatile polymer raw materials and solvent-containing compound systems. Different from conventional electric heating rheometers, it adopts full circulating water bath constant temperature heating architecture, paired with complete explosion isolation circuit and separated human-computer operation layout to eliminate ignition risks in dangerous laboratory environments.
The equipment performs quantitative melt rheology testing under precise constant pressure loading. It automatically records extrusion displacement, real-time barrel pressure and accurate temperature data under multiple temperature rise gradients and various capillary die specifications. Supporting one-click automatic calculation of apparent melt viscosity, shear stress and shear rate, the system generates complete editable test curves and printable inspection reports, fully complying with ISO 11443 and ASTM D3835 polymer flow testing specificationsISO.
