The KR-719 digital torque measuring bench is a dedicated packaging quality control device, designed to precisely test clockwise tightening torque and counterclockwise opening torque of various threaded bottle caps, flip-top lids and nozzle closures. Unsuitable cap torque easily causes liquid leakage during logistics transport or difficult opening for end consumers; this instrument quantifies torque data accurately to help manufacturers lock optimal capping process parameters and guarantee consistent sealing performance of finished packages.
This desktop torque meter adopts high-precision strain sensing core, supports multi-unit conversion and peak value automatic capture, equipped expandable PC data communication function. It meets GB/T 17876, ASTM D2063 packaging testing standards, widely deployed in beverage, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic factories and third packaging inspection labs for batch offline quality inspection and new cap formula evaluation.

Standard Test Operation Steps
- Equipment Calibration & Parameter Setup
Power on the instrument, reset torque value to zero on digital screen; set upper and lower qualified torque limits according to production technical standards, select peak holding mode for testing.
- Bottle Body Fixed Clamping
Place the filled or empty bottle into the middle of the dual clamping blocks, rotate the side adjusting handwheel to lock the container tightly to prevent rotation during cap twisting.
- Torque Testing Operation
Hold the bottle cap and rotate clockwise (tightening test) or counterclockwise (opening test) smoothly; the screen automatically locks the maximum torque peak after rotation stops.
- Data Record & Report Output
Manually store single test data, or directly trigger the thermal printer to generate test tickets; for batch analysis, connect USB cable to upload all records to computer for curve comparison.
- Specimen Replacement & Shutdown
Loosen clamping blocks to take out tested bottle, replace next sample for continuous inspection; after daily testing, cut power and fully charge the built-in battery.
