The KR-110D compact benchtop two roll mixer is a miniature open mixing equipment tailored for polymer laboratories, color matching workshops and small-batch compound trials. It utilizes two counter-rotating alloy rollers with independent speed control to generate controlled shear and kneading force, evenly blending thermoplastics, rubber, color concentrates and all types of functional fillers. Uniform compound sheets produced by this unit can be directly used for tensile, impact, heat resistance and flame retardant performance testing.
This compact tabletop model fully complies with national and international test standards including GB/T 13577, HG/T 2149 and JB/T 53113. Featuring independent dual roller temperature regulation and multi-layer safety interlock design, it occupies minimal countertop space and is widely adopted by modified plastic manufacturers, color masterbatch factories, university polymer laboratories and new material R&D centers for formula screening and pre-production sample preparation.

    Equipped central red emergency stop button plus four-corner auxiliary safety switches; the whole drive circuit cuts off power instantly once material jamming occurs to prevent clamping accidents. Standard Complete Molding & Vulcanization Workflow

  1. Equipment Horizontal Calibration
    Place spirit level on the base frame, twist four foot pads to adjust the whole machine to horizontal state before first use or after relocation to guarantee parallel platen movement.
  2. Power On & Temperature Setup
    Switch on main power supply, set target temperature values for upper and lower heating boards according material vulcanization process requirements, wait for stable constant temperature.
  3. Mold & Sample Placement
    Lay release isolation plate inside the platen gap, put raw compound material into custom forming mold, push the mold to the central area of the lower heating plate.
  4. Hydraulic Pressurization & Air Exhaust
    Operate the hydraulic hand lever to lift the lower platen for pre-clamping; repeatedly open and close the platen several times to exhaust trapped air inside the raw material.
  5. Timed Constant-Temperature Vulcanization
    Adjust hydraulic jack to reach target molding pressure, start the digital timer to run fixed heat preservation vulcanization cycle.
  6. Cycle Completion & Sample Taking
    When timing finishes, the machine sends reminder sound; release hydraulic pressure, separate upper and lower platens, take out finished vulcanized sheet for subsequent performance testing.
  7. Post-Test Cleaning & Storage
    Cool heating platens down below 80℃, wipe residual glue and release agent off plate surfaces, cut off main power supply after daily work.
