The maximum pendulum lifting angle is fixed at 160°, fully consistent with standard test conditions.
3. High-Rigidity Integrated Cast Frame
   Whole machine adopts thick cast steel base and vertical support frame, after stress relief treatment, no frame vibration or deformation during high-energy 50J impact test. Standard alloy steel fixture seat with adjustable span structure, four common support distances of 40/60/70/95mm can be switched freely to match different sizes of standard test strips.

   Impact knife edge R=2±0.5mm, fixture support surface radius R=1±0.1mm, impact blade standard 30° angle, all dimensional tolerances strictly follow international test standards, avoid test deviation caused by non-standard striking geometry. The pendulum center to sample fixed distance is 380mm, impact speed stable at 3.8m/s.
5. Multi-Energy Pendulum Matching, Wide Test Range
   Four optional pendulum specifications with different torque values (3.866Nm / 7.733Nm / 12.889Nm / 25.777Nm), covering low-toughness brittle materials to high-strength fiber reinforced composite testing demands. Single machine can realize multi-energy upgrading by replacing pendulum without replacing the whole frame, flexible matching different production line inspection needs.

Standard Complete Test Operation Steps

1. Equipment Level Inspection

   Place the instrument on flat countertop, adjust bottom foot pads to keep the whole machine horizontal, check whether the pendulum swings without friction and dial pointer resets normally.
2. Pendulum & Fixture Matching
   Select pendulum energy according to material toughness, install the corresponding pendulum rod, adjust fixture span to match the size of the test bar, lock the fixture bolts tightly.
3. Specimen Clamping
   Place the standard notched test bar horizontally on the support base, align the notch position with the impact center line to ensure the pendulum strikes the notch accurately.
4. Electric Pendulum Lifting & Release
   Press the lifting button to lock the pendulum at 160° fixed angle, confirm no foreign objects in the swing area, press the release button to make the pendulum fall freely and impact the specimen.
5. Dial Data Recording
   After the pendulum swings and stops, directly read the energy loss value indicated by the pointer on the dial, record data and calculate material impact toughness manually.
6. Post-Test Cleaning
   Clean broken debris on the fixture, reset the pointer to zero position, cut off the power supply if no continuous testing is needed.
